SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended, but we strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping ensures delivery within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your delivery address.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package.

  5. International Shipping: Currently, we offer shipping within Hungary. International shipping times may vary, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  5. Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

  6. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
